JONATHAN O’DONNELL has worked as a security professional for the past twenty-five years during which he also designed and successfully marketed unique ballistic and protective gear for first responders, police, fire and security professionals. For seven of these years, Jonathan served as a full-time security professional dedicated to the cannabis industry. During this time, Jonathan became aware of the industry-wide problem of finding a solution to the high cost of disposing cannabis waste residue while simultaneously complying with government regulations. For the past six years he has spent countless hours analyzing this issue and ultimately developed a sound, economical solution. Jonathan’s vision was to simplify the destruction process and create a safe, eco-friendly liquid material that also satisfied compliance requirements. Through determination and perseverance, he assembled a team of professionals—scientific, business, legal, and investment—that believed in his concepts and collaborated to create
Blackout 360—a unique, multi-purpose product that will revolutionize current methods of cannabis waste disposal.
KIANA O'DONNELL

Kiana O’Donnell has extensive experience as a Health and Wellness Ambassador and Educator. For the past several years she has worked exclusively in the cannabis industry where she gained additional knowledge in cannabis sales, cultivation, production and distribution. Kiana’s wide range of experience and skill in interpersonal relationships makes her the perfect choice to lead our sales and marketing team.
DAVE FUHR
Lead Scientist
Dave Fuhr has been on the forefront of advancements in waterborne coating for many years. In 1985 he founded FUHR RESEARCH LABORATORIES, an ongoing enterprise in which he conducted research and development of new products as well as providing subcontracting services for other firms seeking his expertise. Dave eventually sold the coatings division of his company so he could focus his efforts on his love of creating and formulating products that do not exist. Dave is still engaged in consulting and formulation development for specific projects of other companies.
Dave’s wide-ranging expertise includes all aspects of coatings and related applications. He has been successful in formulating a coating for virtually any substrate requiring such treatment.
Dave brings a high level of knowledge and experience in chemical formulas and applications, thus making him a vital professional member of our team.
AND THEN …in his spare time he pursues his “hobby”—as a nutritional formulator for whitetail deer.
